I began my fitness journey in 2022 at 240 pounds during a season of depression, unhealthy habits, and disconnection from myself. I knew I deserved better—and I decided to change. Through discipline, consistency, and intentional lifestyle shifts, I lost over 100 pounds in just 18 months. Training 4–5 times a week, refining my nutrition, and eliminating self-sabotaging habits didn’t just reshape my body—it transformed my mental health, physical well-being, and the way I show up in life. I’ve been big, small, and everywhere in between, and that lived experience allows me to understand transformation from every angle. Fitness became more than a routine; it became my foundation.
That transformation sparked a passion so deep that I turned it into purpose. I became a personal trainer to guide others who are ready for real change—inside and out. No matter your starting point or goals, full body recomposition is achievable through consistency, discipline, and a personalized approach. As a coach, I specialize in building confidence, structure, and sustainable results through strategic training, intentional nutrition, and elite-level accountability.
